Preferred room and roommate description
Hi, I have two rooms for rent on a month to month basis dependent upon compatibility with a two month notice required by owner or roommate if leaving.
A friendly co-operative atmosphere is desired. Couples accepted. Cable is shared equally between all household occupants.
I have a large room ( 3.96m x 4.69m) at $550 and a small room (2.74m x 3.96m) at $450
Rent includes all other utilities except your own long distance fees which each renter is responsible for. Renters have use of all common spaces; parking in the four car driveway is included.
There is a finished basement and a backyard deck, garden and lawn.
My home is in Ottawa/Nepean in a neighborhood called Bells Corners and my postal code is K2H 8J5 which you can use in conjunction with "Mapquest" or "Google Earth" to locate.
