Preferred room and roommate description

I am a professional single female and have a 2BR app., in down town Montreal The neighbourhood is very quiet and clean yet from a walking distance to metro Beaudry (7mn) and metro Berri-UQAM (10mn). I rent out one of my bedrooms/ sharing my apart. with a non smoking single female/male responsible and serious person (either a student or working professional). The bedroom is large and includes all furniture and has a walk-in closet; (however if you prefer you can bring some of your own furniture (not the bed); rent includes high-speed internet and utilities, use of kitchen, laundry, family room, etc. and possibility of parking (a + to discuss). I am a quite and busy person and still student, so you would have personal space; I am very friendly, respectful, but non-intrusive and expect you to behave the same. Salut, J’habite un appart sympa au centre-ville de Montréal au cœur du quartier gay. Il est a proximité de tous les services en plus d’être sur une rue très tranquille. L’appart est situé à 7mn de marche du métro Beaudry et 10 mn de Berri-UQAM. Il est grand et bien éclairé et il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour y vivre (laveuse, sécheuse, équipement de cuisine, TV, Internet haute vitesse, téléphone résidentiel et possibilité de parking (à discuter). La chambre est entièrement meublée avec un lit double, une commode et une petite table de travail et possède un grand walk-in. Toutefois, si vous désirez apporter des choses à vous (pas le lit), pas de problème. Je suis très sociable et très occupée, (travail-études) donc vous aurez pas mal d’espace !
