Preferred room and roommate description
Bonjour tout le monde!
Je suis à la recherche d'un chambreur pour le premier décembre (chambre libre le 26 novembre)! L'appartement un est grand 5 et demi de 1350 pieds carré (2e étage d'un trois étage), situé en plein milieu du centreville de Montréal, à environ 5-7 minutes de marche du l'Université du QUébec à Montréal (UQAM), donc idéal pour les étudiants. À 1 minutes du métro Beaudry et 5 minutes du métro Berri-Uqam. La chambre est meublée, chauffée, internet compris. La chambre à louer a est assez grande (9x12 pied), la vue donne sur l'extérieur, mais aussi sur le balcon arrière, et celle-ci est de 475$ par mois. Pour ce qui est du cartier, il est assez calme, l'appartement est situé dans le cartier gay de montréal, donc avec quand même assez d'attractions dépendant de la saison. Je cherche des colocs assez tranquiles et a leur affaire... Personellement, je ne suis plus à l'école depuis Janvier, mais je ne sais pas si je vais y retourné évantuellement! Hi Everybody!!
I'm looking for a roomate for December 1st (november 26th) ! The apartment is a big 5 and a half (1350 square feet) on the second floor of a third floor apartment bloc. The apartment is directly located in Montreal's downtown, at about 7minutes from UQAM (Université du Québec À Montréal), so the rooms are perfects for students! Located at 1 minute from Beaudry subway station, and 5 minutes from Berri-Uqam subway station. The room is all inclued (except the food and the clothes...!!!) The room is a 9x12 square feet, 475$ a month. Concerning the neighbourhood, the app. is in the center of the gay village, so its quite calm, and there is many attractions depending of the season! I'm looking for quite calm roommates, doing their own littles things, but socially nice too!!!! In my case, I'm no more in school since january, and dont really know if i'm going back or not! for more details, contact me!! Oh yes and.. you may change the room color if you want!
*IMPORTANT* the apartment is a non smoke appart! ;)
