Preferred room and roommate description

i am looking for a quieter neighbourhood and place to live and hang out during my days off. I am quite independant, so i am looking for nice and friendly roommates, that are easy to get along with but also keep to themselves. i don't have a car, so being close to any big arteries with bus lines or skytrain stations, i already power-walk a lot, but if these facilities are not too far, that would be a definite plus. i don't OWN pets, but I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!! actually i miss my cats back home, and living in a place with pets would be anything but a problem, it would be a blessing. Since i am living in vancouver right now, there would be no problem for me to get to your place and meet you in person.
