Preferred room and roommate description

I am currently in the village downtown living in a bachelor on my own and I am looking to move to a quieter area preferably around High Park and to share a nicer place with someone who has mutual interests. Must be close to the subway line or easy transportation to downtown. I have one 5 year old cat who is VERY well trained and friendly, I am NOT willing to part with her. I do smoke, however I dont have any problems smoking outside, in fact smoking outside would be preferable. I am looking to spend a maximum of 700/mth inclusive of utilities, preferably also including basic TV and internet. A walkout or balcony is important to me and place should be clean and bright. I enjoy roomates who are independent and friendly.
