Preferred room and roommate description

Brand New 2400 Sq ft House in exclusive river front St.Vital, just off St. Mary's, with 16 ft ceilings and hardwood floors. I am looking for a quiet renter who is friendly, responsible, clean, professional, or in school. I have one room to rent in my new house that was just built this May/09. The room is a big size and will have internet access, cable, and phone. Gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops is shared, 2nd floor laundry shared, renters fridge on second floor for easy access. Only 2 people share the second floor bathroom shower, but there are 3 bathrooms in the house and a 4th to come once basement built. Close to river, parks, university of manitoba, 2 mins from St.Vital mall. I am pretty laid back and very friendly and work as a professional out of my home. I like things clean and am picky about the kitchen if dishes left past a day. I have a cute little 2 year old yorkie/chiauhauh, who is loveable,well trained, and quite. We just found out that our friend is moving to Banff and so the room will now be available as of Dec.1st. We've had great renters so far and looking for one more.
