Bedroom available in a bi-level house - looking to share a home with another person, male or female. Fully furnished, bedroom has bed if required or I can move it. 1 block away from river valley and bike trails. Garage is set up for amateur woodworking , this may be of some assistance to you. Also have a garden. Pet (1) is welcome - I own a dog. You can decide on upstairs or downstairs - I'm good with both. Outside parking with plug-in is available. Basic utilities are shared, and some food, etc.
