Hello! ---- FOOTHOLD, SHORT (weeks) or LONGER TERM stay (1-12 months) --- Room to rent in a nice, comfortable, very spacious house on the waterfront (splendid view!), quiet location, with parking place. ALL furnished, including all electric appliances (fridge, oven, washer/dryer), ... and a piano!
Looking for someone respectful, CLEAN, orderly, trustworthy, honnest and non-smoker. Furnished room and access to the rest of the house. Big yard with trees, nice, peaceful environment close to a parc on the waterfront, bicycle path, facilities. Easy access to public transportation. Very close to highway 25 (Pie-IX bridge), so very easy and quick access to Laval (several golf courts) and highways 440 or 640, to the Laurentides and Lanaudière regions for their ski stations, the country, lakes, wide woodlands, and several nice villages).
$200/week or $500/month (electricity, heating, central air conditioning, phone and Internet included)
* Temporary storage space available (not included with rent).

Complètement meublé, tous les électroménagers (frigo, poêle, laveuse, sécheuse inclus).... et même un piano!
Cherche personne respectueuse, PROPRE, fiable, honnête et non fumeuse. Chambre entièrement meublée et accès à toute la maison. Grande cour avec arbres. Bel environnement tranquille et spacieux; près d'un parc au bord de l'eau, piste cyclable, commodités. Accès facile au transport en commun.
Près de l'autoroute 25 (pont Pie-IX) , donc accès très rapide à Laval (plusieurs clubs de golf) et aux autoroutes 440 et 640, vers les régions des Laurentides (sations ski), Lanaudière, pour la campagne et grands espages boisées et lacs).
200$/semaine ou 500$/mois (électricité, chauffage, climatisation centrale, téléphone et Internet inclus).
* Espace d'entreposage temporaire disponible (non compris dans le loyer).
