Bel appartement situé dans un coin tranquille de Montreal-Nord
Proche de toutes les commoditées et des transports en commun.
L'appartement revient à 225$ plus les frais mensuels pour hydro et vidéotron (cable, telephone et internet haute vitesse) je dirais donc autourd de 320$
Belle salle de bain, avec bain, douche laveuse et secheuse. Acces à un stationnement à l'arrière du bloc. L'appartement est dans un demi sous-sol mais est relativement bien éclairer spécialement la chambre qui est libre.
Je cherche une personne non fumeur, social et tranquille étant une fille souriante et toujours pres a discuter de tout et de rien et je suis originaire de la campagne donc je possede quelque animaux, donc la personne devras préférablement aimer les animaux aussi.
la chambre est semi-meuble ( grosse commodes et 2 table de nuit) avec possiblité de lit si vous en avez vraiment pas.

Near all comodity (bus, groceries, shopping malls)
The appartement itself come at 225, more mensual fee for hydro electricy, cable, highspeed internet and phone. You can say its a avarage of 320$ of a month (60$ for cable and all and electricy vary during the year from 20$ to 45$ a month from winter to summer)
It have a big bathroom with a bath, washer and dryer. There is a parking spot avalaible at the back of the appartement bloc.
Im searching for no-smoker person. Who love animals as i have quite a bit of them :) I come from the country so am use to be surrended by it :) Im a very social and smilling girl. Very patient and very adaptable to every situation. Im very quiet and dont make a lot of noise. I dont party all over the house as i prefere a good dinner with friends! :)
The room come with a big drawer and 2 night table, with the possibility to add a bed if you really dont have one.
