Preferred room and roommate description

J'ai une chambre dans mon appartement qui sera libre pour le 1er décembre ou janvier (date flexible). Elle peut être toute meublée ou non. L'appartement est très spacieux, très beau (mur de briques, moulures de bois, planchers bois franc), super confortable, tout rénové depuis seulement deux ans, avec balcon et bbq, et vraiment tout équipé. L'appartement inclus l’accès à internet wi-fi, au cable, laveuse-sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, cuisine extra pour ceux qui aiment faire à manger...
Le prix est de 450$ par mois. L'appartement est situé à 5 minutes à pied de la station Préfontaine, soit à 4 arrêts du centre-ville et plusieurs commerces se trouvent à proximité.
Je suis un gars qui est très facile à vivre, rationnel, respectueux et fun. Comme mon travail m’amène à voyager beaucoup, je souhaite avoir un(e) colocataire qui soit assez responsable, mature, et honnête pour que je lui laisse le contrôle du château fort… Sincèrement, l’appartement vaut vraiment le détour !!!

I will have a bedroom available in my apartment starting on December 1 or January 1 (date is flexible). It can be all furnished or not, as you wish. The apartment is very spacious, very nice (brick walls, antique wood frames, wood floors), very comfortable, all renovated, with a balcony and bbq, and all equipped. Internet Wi-Fi, tv cable, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer are included. The price is 450$ a month. The apartment is 5 minutes away from Prefontaine metro station, only 4 stations from downtown, and it is only 2 minutes away from a commercial area.
I am an easy going person to live with, rational, respectful and fun. I travel a lot for work, so I am looking for a mature and honest roommate; responsible enough to minimize potential “natural disasters” when I am gone. Honestly, the apartment is worth checking out!
