Appartement tout équipé, laveuse sécheuse, Wifi, four et micro-ondes, très lumineux, calme et spacieux
Chambre très lumineuse (puit de lumière) silencieuse avec grand rangement mural
Nous avons 2stations de Bixi, station de bus et bus de nuit juste devant la maison
A 5minutes à pied métro lignes orange et verte, et centre commercial (cinéma restaurants IGA, Provigo Pa etc)
A 10minutes le centre ville, Concordia, Mcgill et Crescent très animée en soirée.
On cherche une demoiselle (entre 25-30ans), plutôt relaxe et active, qui souhaite une chambre pour une longue durée (6mois minimum) L'anglais est requis pour pouvoir discuter tous ensemble.
Les soirées sont généralement calmes, il arrive qu'il y ait un peu d'animation comme soirée film ou musique ou sortie en ville pour bien boire et manger sur Crescent.

Le loyer ne comprend pas les charges qui sont l'électricité, le gaz et internet rapide illimité.

Fully furnished apartment, with washer, dryer, oven and micro-waver, Wifi, very spacious, quiet and bright.
We have 2bixi's stations, bus and night bus near the house.
At 5minutes walking : bus, subways green and red lines, cinema, stores (IGA, Provigo, PA etc...)
At 10minutes downtown with Crescent (good place to be for evening) McGill & Concordia university
We are looking for a cool, easy going and active girl (between 25-30year old) who's willing to stay for more than 6months. English spoken required to speak all together.
Life at the apartment is usually quiet, with sometimes some event like movies or karaoke, or a diner downtown.

* Alejandro (30, Columbia) our industrious part business man, part musician.
