Hi,
I have a room available in my 4 and 1/2 apartment in Montreal (Mile-End).
2 closed bedrooms
1 living room (good size)
1 kitchen (good size)
1 bathroom ((good size)
450$ all included: wireless internet, phone, electricity, cable, laundry...
It is on the first floor of a triplex in beautiful Mile-End . Very artsy, friendly, great neighbourhood, young and lots of young families. It is close to bus lines (St-Laurent, St-Urbain, Parc, Van Horn) and 10 minutes walk from closest metro (Rosemont). I am located on Waverly street in between Bernard and Van horn.
About me: I am a visual artist, painter , sculptor and I teach in college . I work a lot and I often spend time in my studio (which is not at home). I am a happy person, quiet, open minded I love cooking, sports, music, reading, I play a bit of guitar, very easygoing, I like sharing dinners once in a while. I don't smoke but like to drink with moderation.
I am quebecoise. I speak French and English.
I am 38 years old.
Also, the room availaible is small, clean and furnished. It deosn't have so much light in the day time but the rest of the apartment offer lots of light.
It is a very functional and clean apartment, quiet place.
Looking for someone openminded, happy, respectful, with good eating habits, quiet
( no party at home) Someone active who works outside home and if possible with similar interests.
Artists, writers, dancers, architects, graphic designers or from any other art fields who are coming to Montreal for short term residency work in professional institutions are welcome.
Short term, 1 to 6 months only.
Available starting on November 15th.
