Chambre joliment décorée et très confortable, matelas neuf, télé câblée, Internet sans fil, téléphone, lavoir en face la maison, salle à manger privée, petit balcon-terrasse devant la maison, terrasse-jardin en arrière, stationnement privé (frais suppl.) sinon stationnement facile sur la rue. De plus, possibilité d'avoir une vignette de stationnement.

Je recherche des personnes simples, authentiques, qui apprécient les belles choses de la vie. Chez moi, c'est calme tout en étant vivant et près de TOUT : parc, métro, autobus, épicerie, fruiterie, Grande Bibliothèque, rues St-Denis, Duluth, Prince-Arthur, boul. St-Laurent, avenue du Mont-Royal, Quartier Latin, Vieux Montréal, les hôpitaux pour les étudiants en stage. C'est selon moi le plus beau quartier de Montréal!
I have one bedroom for rent (Sherbrooke metro station, park Lafontaine), Beautiful bedroom, brand new mattress, cable, wire less Internet, phone, laundry just cross the street, private dinning room, small terasse-balcony at the front and a nice terasse-garden in the back. Easy parking around or private parking (extra cost).
(Also I offera very nice apart. available now for short or long term, with 2 bedrooms, gaz fire place, double space jaccuzi in the washroom,, private terasse, for 2 to 4 people, all furnished with everything included. The rate is 2650.$ a month. Laurier metro station. Photos available in request)
I'm looking for autentic people, who appreciate good things of life. At my place, it's calm and lively at the same time and near to everything : park, metro, bus line, grocery, fruit store, the Great Library, St-Denis street, Duluth, St-Laurent, Prince-Arthur, Mont-Royal Avenue, Quartier Latin, Old Montreal, hospitals for students in few weeks training, "stage". For me, it's the nicest neighberhood in Montreal!
