Preferred room and roommate description

Hey All,

So I will have a room to rent in what I think is one dead sexy unit. The place is 970sqft, on the second floor of a 3 storey building. It's loft style so it's very open, has beautiful barn doors, 2 Bedroom 2 Bath, Stunning Kitchen, 12' ceilings, polished concrete floors, stainless steal appliances, in-suite washer and dryer. Your room will be 10'-10"x 8'-6", with direct access to the 2nd bathroom. (Price includes utilities + cable/internet/phone)

Now for a little bit about me. I'm a 25y.o. female, work full time, play hockey as much as I can, love sports, love to cook(when I have the time), big fan of good times and fun having. I'm pretty laid back, like to go out and do things, as well as have a night in. Don't have people over too often, and would only throw a party if you were cool with it too.
