Preferred room and roommate description

I am a 25 F looking for someone to share a townhouse,condo or house with. Most importantly, i must say i have an extremely friendly sm/med size dog (20lbs i'd say)that I need you and the landlords to be okay with.I take him to work with me and spend almost all of my free time with him.Although it might sound obsessive to spend that much time with him, but you would understand once you met him, simply irresistible ha!.One very very small tiny cute kitty that spends most of her time outside,you would barely notice she was there.I am the program supervisor of a therapeutic treatment home for traumatized children, I spend ALot of time there, so I am not home too often.I don't have time to party.If i do,i go out. I am just looking for someone I can get along with, share laughs,live respectfully and considerately.
