Preferred room and roommate description

looking for room to fit king size bed in area my truck wont be broken into(but have alarm system). would be nice to be downtown or by whyte for easy access. work pipeline so out of town 10 on 4 off shifts but half the time when back in town will be heading to mountains or on other trips. prefer female roomates so i dont have to deal with a mess or to see my stuff is gone when i come home. dont mind parties on weekends as long as no gang or drug activity happens. need trusting roomates and people that dont mind having a friend or two over to watch game or hang out every once in a while when in town. overall pretty queit and very handy around the house. im guy to the right on gagne in pic with white hat and dark jersey on. thinking to move in around end of november. thankyou much
