Preferred room and roommate description

I'm looking for a room/shared apartment(house) to rent. I need a place that allows one small cat. She is very friendly, quiet, clean, trained and loads of entertainment to watch. As for myself, I'm pretty laid back, relatively quiet, clean and respectful. My only habits are smoking(trying to quit/will smoke outside) and 420! (will keep it away from premises if not tolerable)

I'm female and in a relationship that might bring said individual over once in a blue moon. I'm hoping for a December 1st move in as I need to break the lease that I am currently living out.

I don't own a lot of 'stuff' and live a rather simple life. Don't party hard, however I love my wine and am known to sit by myself and drink a few glasses every now and again. I love music, reading, writing and movies. I love going camping and being outdoors.I love all animals (minus spiders and such) and have no allergies.

Not sure what else to say or put down...oh yeah, was hoping to find a room in the following areas only* North West/ West/South West/Central. Please no far south east or north east locations.
