Preferred room and roommate description
Winnipeg Room for rent in Transcona bungalow. Close to parks and public transportation. Right near Regent Ave which has every restaurant/store you could possibly need.
Rent includes one furnished large bedroom in the basment (dimensions 14ft X 9ft and walk in closet is 4ft x 9ft) , laundry, A/C, 2 fridges, fully furnished kitchen etc...the utilities are shared and split accordingly (hydro/water/cable/internet). I want a friendly, easy going, respectable, reliable, renter for my house. I expect the rent to be paid on time as this is a rental situation and should be respected as that. Some people really don't get that and it makes it awkward.
If you are freindly, and trustworthy in that you don't damage anything in the house on purpose or steal anything, we'll get along fine.
