I'm looking for female students or professionals who are looking for a place close to downtown. Must be responsible, clean, respectful. Looking for people who are focused and not into partying too much, because house is newly renovated inside. Located 1 block from Health Science Centre, on quiet street with good neighbours. I have 3 spacious bedrooms (13'x12') availible with spacious closets . The bathroom is very big with 2 vanity sinks with a powder area and walk in closet. Laundry room. Brazilian walnut hardwood floors and cherrywood hardwoods in bedrooms, all new! There are bus routes to both the U of M and U of W. We have a front and back deck as well as a fenced in yard. We are close to shopping centres and parks. We are looking to rent out a room for 400 a month. That includes water , cable, hydro , internet, laundry .
