The 2 rooms are both a decent size with closet in and out the bedroom if needed. I'm living on the 2nd floor.
Here is a wonderful area to live. I'm a middle aged woman. No kids, no pets. Il like to live in a cleaned place.
The flatmate should consider cleaning areas in a house is a must, specially the kitchen and the common areas.
The room is a private place.
