Voici le petit bijoux que j'ai à louer...
Chambre meublée avec fenêtre donnant sur la cour arrière plus une aire ouverte comme espace de bureau si désiré.
Très grand 5 1/2 avec boiseries et planchers de bois francs.
Énorme cour arrière, balcon à l'avant et à l'arrière, internet sans fil, 2min de marche de tous les magasins essentiels (épicerie, nettoyeur, cafés, pubs, pharmacie, fruiterie, restaurants). Au métro Villa-Maria (ligne orange), qui se marche très bien et pour lequel il y a aussi des bus, et 30 min du centre-ville. Très près du campus Loyola de l'Université Concordia, du HEC et de l'Université de Mtl. Quartier très calme, rempli de parcs, arbres et petites familles. Mais en même temps de la belle vie sur la rue principale tout près, pour un peu d'action!
Boîte vocale personnelle, 144 postes à la télé, téléphone dans votre chambre.
Je recherche une colocataire qui soit propre, indépendante et fiable.
Les voisins sont très chouettes!

Here is the little jewel I have to rent...
Room fully furnished with window giving on the back yard, and open room for office space if you wish.
Very big 5 1/2 with wooden floors and moldings.
Very big backyard, wireless internet, balcony in front and in the back. 2 min walk from all convenient stores (grocery store, pubs, dry cleaning, fruit store, restaurants, drug store). At Villa-Maria metro (orange line), walks easily but there are also 2 buses that get you there, and 30 min from down town. Near Loyola Campus of Concordia University, HEC and Université de Montréal. Very calm neighbourhood with a lot of families, parcs and trees. But at the same time you have the main street that is near, if you need a little more action!

I am looking for an independant, clean and reliable roomate.
