- chambre moyenne pour $498/mois pour une personne, mais qui est confortable avec hide-a-bed et peux recevoir deux personnes, et/ou
- chambre des maitres en partage de mon appartement (la plus grande et la plus belle des 3 chambres). Accommode deux individus en partage, ou un couple (en collant les lits jumeaux) pour $695/mois.
Ce luxueux appartement est central à Montréal, juste au Nord-Ouest du Mont Royal qui est plaisant de traverser pour arriver à UdeM, McGill ou au centre ville.
Tout est prêt pour notre cohabitation pacifique.
Disponible immédiatement, ensoleillée, agréable de regarder la foret vierge dehors. Idéal pour personne cherchant le calme.
Votre coloc est un étudiant!

Privacy and comfort of this great very large private bedroom with a large walk-in wardrobe and private full bathroom. It is sunny all day long. You share a very unique 3 bedrooms APARTMENT (3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms) with a French student. Use of a nice indoor swimming Pool, Saunas.
3250 Foresthill Ave, apt 1109, Montreal, QC, H3V-1C8. Cross streets: Cote des Neiges, literally on the side of the mount Westmount and facing Mont Royal. Serene greenery view (from your sunny room or balcony) and sunny all day long. Everyone loves the view!
4 Bus lines: 165, 11, 565, 166 all take you directly to 4 metro stations on all lines (CDN, GUY, SNOWDON, Mt-Royal),

I also have a medium room which rents for only $495/month for the lease and equipped with a hide-a-bed (sleeps two), lots of storage. The rate is for one person but room and appartment can accommodate two people.
