Belle grande chambre à louer à partir du 1er décembre dans un énorme haut-duplex 7.5 situé sur l'avenue Wilson coin Sherbrooke à NDG, sur une rue très calme, à proximité de tous les services et station de metro (Vendome), dans un quartier sympa.
Cherchant quelqu'un de propre, calme et relativement tranquille, mais sociable pour maintenir une atmosphère sociable, respectueuse, et plutôt paisible. (Non-fumeurs/fumeuses préférées, sauf si vous acceptez de fumer dehors seulement.) Etudiant(e)s/ et étudiant(e)s internationales bienvenues, ainsi que travailleurs. Préférence donnée à ceux qui resteraient au moins jusqu'au 1er juillet ou plus.
Il y a des planchers de bois franc nouvellement refaits partout, 3 puits de lumière, hauts plafonds partout, 2 grands balcons (avant et arrière, avec BBQ), moulures en bois teintées partout de style typique NDG, salle de bain rénovée récemment très propre et moderne, grande salle à diner, grande cuisine, grand sous-sol ouvert non-fini avec beaucoup d'espace de stockage que vous pouvez utiliser, ainsi que laveuse et secheuse. Tous les appareils et ustensiles de cuisine sont fournis.
La chambre disponible est très grande avec sa propre fenêtre, 2 grandes gardes-robes et beaucoup d'espace pour meubles et bureau, lit etc. Si vous souhaitez que la chambre soit meublée, cela peut être fait pour un léger supplement.
Le loyer comprend : grande chambre, chauffage, eau chaude, électricité, Internet haute-vitesse wi-fi avec bande passante illimitée, et téléphone local. Câble peut également être installé si le coût est partagé.
Épicier Esposito au coin, ainsi que magasin de fruits (Rocky Montana). À 30 secondes à pied de nombreux cafés (Shaika), restaurants, ainsi que plusieurs arrets d'autobus, dont le 105 au coin, et le 420 express vers le centre-ville tout prêt. Station de métro et train Vendôme est à 10 minutes à pied ou 5 minutes en autobus. Une courte marche au village Monkland. Piste cylable au coin de la rue (sur de Maisonneuve) jusqu'au centre-ville et campus Concordia Loyola.

Huge room for rent starting Dec. 1 in a superb, beautiful, very large 7.5 upper duplex located on Wilson Ave. near Sherbrooke St. in NDG, on a very quiet street, within walking distance of all amenities and Metro station (Vendome), in a great area.
Hoping to find someone clean, calm and relatively quiet but sociable to maintain a friendly, respectful and somewhat peaceful but fun atmosphere. (Non-smoker preferred unless you agree to only smoke outside.) Students, international students, and workers welcome. Preference given to stays until at least July 1 or longer.
Duplex has newly refinished hardwood floors everywhere and has been newly repainted top to bottom , has 3 skylights, 2 large balconies (front and back, with BBQ), dark brown stained heavy wood doors, window frames and baseboards in typical NDG style, modern renovated clean bathroom, high ceilings, large dining room, large kitchen, and huge open unfinished basement with lots of storage space and washer and dryer which you can use. All appliances and kitchenware included.
Room available is very large with 2 closets of its own, a window, and lots of space for bedroom furniture, desk etc. If you'd like the room furnished, that can be negotiated for a small additional fee.
Rent includes everything: large bedroom, heat, hot water, hydro, unlimited bandwidth wi-fi internet, and local home phone. Cable can also be arranged if cost is shared.
Grocery store (Esposito) and fruit store (Rocky Montana) right at the corner. Within walking distance of many cafes and restaurants. Multiple buses are just right at the corner (of Sherbrooke & Wilson), including the 105 at the corner and 420 express bus to downtown just 2 blocks away. Vendome metro is a 10 minute walk, or 5-minute bus ride away. Also a short walk to Monkland Village area. Bike path at the corner (on deMaisonneuve) that goes to downtown and straight to Concordia Loyola campus.
