Hello,
My name is Colin and I am currently renting a 4bedroom house with 2 of my friends (guy 24 and girl 23); and I need to find someone to take my place, because I'm moving back to BC. Move in date is negotiable, the rent is $415/month plus 1/3 utilities. You would get the spare bedroom as well, there are 2.5 bathrooms. There is plenty of parking, extra storage room, an electric fire place in living room. The house is in harvest rose circle (North East). Have more pictures send me an email if interested.
