Calgary Roommates & Rooms for rent Calgary

Good sized back split house with attached garage in quiet neighbourhood. Close to shopping and bus routes. There are a few good lively pubs in the community and some restaurants. I am quite laid back with a good sense of humour. I have a pitbull/lab cross named Whisky who is very friendly and well trained, however, for whatever reason, he is a bit odd around kids. I go out most weekends and some week days. I'm not big into throwing house parties although I do host the odd poker night with friends and family. I would like a responsible roommate who is easy to get along with. I can respect other people's privacy though I don't want a roommate who keeps to themselves. I just don't like the thought of a couple of strangers sharing the same house. I'm not a neat freak, but I do try to keep the place respectable and would like a roommate appreciative of that and willing to help out with cleaning (I really don't go overboard). Finally, I would appreciate a roommate that is on time with payments, as I don't like hounding people for money!
