Preferred room and roommate description

Hello, welcome home! Planning for the future??? This place is for you!

House/Room:

We will have one room available for rent in the lower floor of an 1156sq.ft. bungalow at the end of November 2009 (earlier move in negotiable). House and room are in excellent condition and is located in the established inner city neighbourhood of Collingwood/Charleswood (5 mins to University of Calgary, SAIT, Foothills Hospital, and Confederation golf course).

Common areas are shared (ie. kitchen, living/dining rooms and bathrooms (2)), however privacy is respected, as well expected. Utilities are shared by all tenants (1/4).

Current roommates/tenants: We are looking for a 4th male to share the house. There are currently 3 responsible and trustworthy students/professionals living in the house. Enjoy biking, snowboarding, hanging out on the deck and making new friends with the other tenants.

Prospective tenants need to be trustworthy, responsible and participate in the overall upkeep of the house, as it is treated very much as though it were their own. No pets and/or smoking.

This is a great place to live, as it does not feel like you are confined to the space in your room. Everyone is open and respectful of each other, and have no problems helping each other out, when needed (whether it be taking turns to buy groceries, cooking, or leaving each other alone to study).

Availability is Dec. 1st, 2009, however we are interviewing and screening potential candidates leading up to this move in date.
