The bedroom has a single captains bed with a book shelf and storage drawers underneath. It has a desk with chair and is internet cable ready and there is a closet. The den is beside the bedroom and has a rocker/recliner, coffee table, book shelves and cable TV. You may substitute some of your furniture.
There is a private washroom with a tub and shower.
All this is located on the second floor in one half of the house.
This is ideal for one non-smoking WORKING person or STUDENT.
