My house is a 3 min. walk to 22nd St. skytrain station and a 20 min ride to downtown Vancouver. I'm in a good family neighborhood, which has lots of light at night from the station to my house, is centrally located, and just minutes to all major amenities, Non-smoking. The room is very bright, clean and fully furnished with bed/bedding, desk, chair, TV w/cable, hi speed internet. You also have your own private cooking area fully equipped with microwave, ricecooker, toaster, kettle, frypan and dishes etc. You would share fridge and bathroom with 2 other young professionals or mature students. The rent is $500 a month, and also includes all utilities and laundry. I also have a landscaped yard with large patio and furniture you can use. I am looking for a student or young professional, who is clean and respectful of others. I am a Canadian female professional (the homeowner)
