Hello ,
My name is Felicia , I am a recent graduate of university and currently back at ryerson taking communications. I work at a mid sized communication firm full time and am working on my masters part time . Im emailing you because of the ad I viewed on craigs list. I am looking for a place for the first of Dec 1, My parents are moving back to Lebanon and I will need somewhere to live. I work alot , I'm usually at school or at home therefore i not looking for somewhere to party. I'm clean and considerate . I am not a smoker and smoking isn't a huge issue to me. I do not have a car therefore I don't need parking and I do not have any pets nor am i getting any. I would like to know a bit more about the room and your exasperation's for a tenet., As well is the last months rent negotiable? Money is not an issue as I have a full time job , however ym pay period is funny . Would it be possible to pay the first months when I move in and the Last monts two weeks later. I can pay the last months I just need to work it into my pay period accordingly.I would be willing to sign a lease as I am by no means looking to move many more times , I would prefer to stay somewhere for a decent amount of time . I would love to hear back from you
