I work with students from Ryerson, U OF T, George brown, OCAD etc, also visitors to Toronto or anyone looking to find a place for medium or longer term stays.
My partner and I own several apartments and homes that we rent to students/professionals that are located 10/15 mins from central downtown.
Hydro, cable, wifi internet is included in the rent. Bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms are shared. All rooms are furnished, clean/have big windows.
A newly renovated mall, grocery store, and gym is located directly in front of home. Ryerson/UofT 10-15 min away. Street car and bus runs 24/hrs in front of building/homes (how cool is that you can get home anytime).
The price of the rooms range from $500 to $750. If you are in university/college and would like to reserve a room let me know!
