Houses are in Pickering and Ajax where I have shared accommodation for mature singles. I am the owner and I work on a full time basis to maintain the properties and to keep a high level of harmony within the households. The number of other housemates varies from two to four depending on the house. You have potential choices from six different properties and would be able to meet the housemates prior to making a decision. No lease, smoking outside only, no pets, ample parking, amenities include internet, cable TV, laundry, house phone, parking, and access to all parts of the house and grounds, except bedrooms which are private, for rents between $425 and $550, depending on the house.
