COMMENTARIES: (Le texte français suit).....
Great place and comfort. The room is totally furnished and equipped with A/C, TV/DVD, satellite dish. Private telephone with call display and message center. The room also has desktop computer, High speed (Windows XP Pro), with 19" Widescreen LCD monitor and printer. . Private balcony. Terrace built over the garage in the back of the house. Kitchen and bathroom newly renovated.If you are a smoker there's a separate room to accomodate the habit. The house is situated between two Metro station Jarry and Crémazie ( orange line), the autobus #30 is almost at the door (end of that line is near View-Montreal). I live alone with my small dog who were loved by 17 coloc's in 12 years (mostly Permanent Residents) . The house is spacious and has good energy.Contact addresses of my previous coloc's are available for you to ask about me and living in here.
P.S. Very relaxed atmosphere.

Grand endroit et confort. La pièce est complètement fournie et équipée avec A/C, la TV/DVD, l'antenne parabolique. Le téléphone privé avec l'appel affiche et le centre de message. La pièce a aussi l'ordinateur de chambre, Haute vitesse (Windows XP Professional), avec 19" Widescreen LCD le moniteur et l'imprimante.. Balcon privé. La terrasse construite sur le garage derrière la maison. La cuisine et la salle de bains nouvellement rénovée. Si vous êtes un fumeur il y a une pièce séparée à accomodate l'habitude. La maison est située entre deux station de Métro Jarry et Crémazie (la ligne orange), l'autobus #30 est presque à la porte (la fin de cette ligne est près de Vieux-Montréal). Je vis seul avec mon petit chien qui ont été aimés par 17 coloc's dans 12 ans (les Résidents surtout Permanents). La maison est spacieuse et a la bonne énergie. Les adresses de contact de mon coloc's précédent sont disponibles pour vous pour demander de moi et vivant dans ici.
Atmosphère très détendue..
