I'm looking for a roomate that doesn't smoke who's quiet and clean. I'm leaving on a main level of a triplex in the center of Laval from about 5 min to a mini strip-mail including a grocery store, pharmacie, dollarama...and 10-12 min from walking distance to the metro station. My apartment is very clean and I want to keep clean. I own a dog, she's very cool and always excited to see people coming over.
The price is 360$ + 50$ (cable & internet) + 40$ (Hydro)= 450$ / month.

Je suis à la recherche d'un ou d'une co-loc qui est non-fumeur, tranquille et très propre. J'habite le rez-de-chaussée d'un triplex dans le coeur de Laval à proximité de tout les services. À moins de 5 min d'un mini strip mail qui met à sa disposition une épicerie, une pharmacie, un dollarama... et du métro à environ 10-12 min de marche. Je garde l'appartement propre et je veux trouver quelqu'un qui va le conserver aussi propre que moi. Aussi, je possède une chienne qui est très gentille et qui adore avoir de la compagnie.
Le prix est de 360$ + 50$ (videotron et internet) + 40$ (hydro) = 450$ / mois.
