I am looking for a responsible, mature boarder students ok. I live in a very nice quiet neighbourhood virtually crime free as long as I have been here. Bus stop right in front of the house. Express buses downtown and back especially during rush hours. Fully furnished basement and bedroom with half bath,,i.e. closed in shower. Small dog or cat would be ok, no children please. Only time I would come downstairs would be to do laundry.
