Rent is $800 and includes the bedroom, bonus room and all utilities. This is a rental for 1 person only. I might consider a couple... but not two people wanting two separate rooms.

Utilities are included in rent. Wireless Internet, Laundry, we've also got a nice big screen tv and stereo in the living room and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The only thing is we don't have a house phone, because everyone these days just used their cell phones.
